I believe everyone deserves access to mental health resources and understanding. Growing up, I witnessed how limited access to such support affected people around me, often delaying healing or understanding of their loved ones. 

My vision is to make mental health resources and knowledge more accessible to all. On this site, I aim to provide valuable resources and informative about mental health topics. Currently, my focus is on writing articles in Mandarin, serving the needs of Mandarin-speaking communities who may face additional barriers to mental health support.

Through these resources, I hope to help people recognize their experiences earlier, understand what they’re going through, and find appropriate support when needed.
